Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day (Mon–Fri) and parcel transit takes 1–4 business days. This item ships as palletised freight — the carrier will contact you to book a delivery appointment, and you will need a way to unload a pallet.
Unopened, factory-sealed items can be returned within 90 days of delivery with no restocking fee. Anything that arrives damaged or incorrect is replaced or refunded — send us a photo within 72 hours of delivery.
Refrigerant cylinders are pressure vessels. Store them upright, secured, out of direct sun and below their rated temperature. Never heat a cylinder with a flame, never refill a disposable cylinder, and never mix refrigerants in a system.
Match the refrigerant to the equipment data plate, not to a product description. Knowingly venting refrigerant during service or disposal is prohibited — recovery is the buyer's responsibility.
FAQ
What does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Nothing — shipping is free on every order within the United States. We dispatch within 1 business day (Mon–Fri) and parcel transit is 1–4 business days. Pallets travel as freight with a booked delivery appointment.
Can I return it?
Yes, if it is unopened and factory-sealed, within 90 days of delivery and with no restocking fee. Contact us first for approval. Opened refrigerant and installed or gas-connected equipment cannot be returned.
Do I need EPA certification?
For restricted refrigerants, yes — EPA Section 608 (or 609 for motor-vehicle A/C). Placing an order confirms you are permitted to buy it.
